Greene County Community Health (GCCH), formerly Greene County Family Planning, is a division of the Greene County Public Health Department. We provide confidential, affordable sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH) as well as clinic support services for opioid recovery to residents of Greene County and the surrounding areas. No one is turned away.

GCCH accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and most insurance plans. If you are uninsured, we can help you apply for our sliding-fee scale program or the Family Planning Benefit Program, for which eligibility is based on income and family size.

Greene County Community Health offers language access services through a language line.
