The Sole Member and the Board of Directors of the Greene Tobacco Asset Securitization Corporation will be conducting their respective Annual Meetings beginning at 4:00 p.m. on April 2, 2026 at 411 Main Street, Room 469, Catskill, New York. These meetings are annual meetings. This notice is given in order to comply with the Open Meetings Law.
