NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for supplying No. 2 Fuel Oil for the period June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 to locations in Greene County Government will be received by the Greene County Legislature until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at which time bids will be opened and publicly read.
All bids shall be contained in sealed envelopes, distinctly marked “FUEL BID” and addressed to:

Bids shall be submitted on the official bid forms accompanied by the Certificate of Non-Collusion, Bidders and Vendors Acknowledgment, Title VI and if required, an Authorization to Bid. Bid forms are available by emailing a request to werrol@greenecountyny.gov or at the Office of the Clerk, at the above address
Greene County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
