Greene County Family Planning, a division of Greene County Public Health Department, offers confidential, affordable sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH) to people of Greene and surrounding counties. NO ONE is turned away; GCFP accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help! Ask us about how to apply for our sliding-fee scale program or Family Planning Benefit Program. You may be eligible based on income and family size.

Telemedicine visits are offered!

Greene County Family Planning offers language access services through a language line.
Our language line covers over 240 different languages including Spanish, Bengali, Russian, Portuguese, French, Italian, and more!

Teen clinics are held on Wednesdays from 3-6pm at 411 Main Street, Suite 300, Catskill, NY 12414

These clinics offer CONFIDENTIAL free or low-cost access to all available Family Planning services.

No Appointment Necessary

  • Services include:
    • Same day access to birth control
    • STI testing & treatment
    • Pregnancy testing and referral
    • Free condoms
    • Breast cancer/Cervical cancer exams
