Greene County Veterans Memorial Paver Project
In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, Greene County is proud to announce the launch of the Veterans Memorial Paver Project, a lasting tribute honoring the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
We invite residents, families, and organizations to purchase engraved commemorative sidewalk pavers that will be permanently installed at the Historic Catskill Point Veterans Memorial Site. Each paver will honor a veteran—past or present—ensuring their service and sacrifice are remembered for generations to come.
This initiative is part of Greene County’s broader efforts to commemorate the Semiquincentennial of the United States (1776–2026)
Funds raised through the paver program will support covering the costs of the bricks, site enhancements with the residual going to veterans’ activities, while also creating a meaningful public space for reflection and community pride.
Pavers may be engraved with the veteran’s name, branch of service, years of service, or a short message of honor. Veterans from all branches and all eras are eligible, including those currently serving. Community members are encouraged to participate by honoring a family member, friend, or loved one who served, or by dedicating a paver in memory of a fallen hero.
Orders for commemorative pavers are now being accepted. For pricing, engraving options, and order forms, visit www.4Everbricks.com/donors/GCKVM or contact Greene County Veterans Service Agency by phone at (518)943-3703 or email veterans@greenecountyny.gov.
