Shout Out to Dana Brown from the District Attorney's Office and Tiffany Martin of Probation for running to the aid of a woman on Main Street having a seizure. Tiffany and Dana were quick to help, calm, and comfort not only to the woman in distress, but to the young child who was with her. They did an excellent job and should be commended for their quick response, selfless actions, and professionalism in handling a scary emergency on the street! Well done!!
Bill Andrews at the District Attorney's Office should be recognized for all of his hard work. He always makes sure I'm on top of getting in contact with victims and arresting officers and is so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate him and am so thankful that he is easy to work with. Human Resource Director Nicole Maggio should be acknowledged for being an amazing Director! I am forever grateful to her! During a very difficult time when I had to use FMLA she made the process easier for me and was extremely compassionate. Nicole is very caring, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Recently I found out that Nicole implemented the Operation Affirmation Program. This program has been a great way to make us employees feel appreciated and I can honestly say I look forward to each month to see what new affirmations are submitted. I am taking my time to write you about my recent visit to tax maps office.
I just wanted to let you know that I haven’t met such a level of helpfulness and professionalism in a long time. It was a pleasure to meet people who went above and beyond to help me.
I was trying to determine whether the right of way I know is indeed a right of way.
In order to do it, we had to go back in time and check every deed within last 120+ years and compare it with historical maps.
First very nice lady (Deborah) tried to help us. Then she called Zoe (Zaia) who was just unbelievable! The work she was able to do on the computer in few minutes would probably take me entire month!
Thanks to her we were able to find answers!

Kayla has helped me with my children’s program budget by keeping it organized, summitting it well before it is due, communicating with the State, and always informing me of any changes. Shout Out to Mina Byrne, Public Health Principal Account Clerk Typist. Mina is such a great person! She is ready to help with anything asked of her. She has helped me tremendously with my children’s program ordering process. Mina’s expertise in ordering supplies and outreach items is outstanding! She was able to complete the order in record time. Mina is amazing and such a valuable employee for Public Health!
I would like to note that I was able to work with Jennifer in the Treasurer's office to help me sort out my tax bills. She is a great employee and really made this a comfortable experience even though I'm writing a check. With Al overtaking so many jobs in the world, I just wanted to point out how pleasant it was to work with a person who was so helpful to get the answers that I needed. Jennifer does a really great job and I hope you recognize her for her performance, particularly during her reviews.
