Shout Out to Brianna Denier for the month of JUNE. She demonstrated an exceptional act today at the Child Support Unit. I had an angry client call today & immediately he was very angry & loud from the beginning. Bri sits next to me & she could hear him through the phone. He started to bully me & being disrespectful. She came right over & I put the client on speaker so she can talk to him. He was making fun of my accent & trying to put me down. I can't thank her enough as she took control of the situation & stated "I will not allow your behavior talking to my coworker this way." I really appreciated her recognizing the situation & thankful that I am in a safe environment.
I would like to recognize Roxanne Slater and Karen Taber for having exceptional communication skill with Danielle Kane while I was on vacation. I appreciate that very much.
Shout Out to Kayla Eacott and Veronica Salvas who successfully navigated a Federal Grant audit with no findings. Thank you both for all of your hard work and dedication.

I wanted to put forward the name of my coworker, Megan Armstrong in APS for a Shout Out in June. Megan is hard working and super organized. APS counts on her for her knowledge of Eligibility resources as well as her commitment to the clients on her caseload along with those of her coworkers.
