Addendum 01 Issue Date: August 18, 2026
Purpose: The purpose of the addendum is to make changes, additions, deletions, revisions, and clarifications to the first submission documents dated August 6, 2026, for the above referenced project. Details of this addendum are to be incorporated into the first submission. All other terms and provisions of initial project submission shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes:
1. Page 18- Remove item 9 from the Regions section of this Invitation for Bid and
replace with the following:
9. State of New York – All Counties include in Regions 1-8 listed above.
All other items in this section and Invitation for Bid shall remain.
No questions were received prior to the 4:00 pm EST deadline on August 17, 2026.

Products and Services
Greene County, NY invites Prospective Bidders to submit sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary for HVAC Products, Installation, Labor Based Solutions, and Related Products and Services. Sealed bids will be received by Greene County, New York at 411 Main Street, Suite 408, Catskill, NY 12414, Attn: Shaun Groden, County Administrator, on or before 3:00 P.M. local time Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at which time they will be read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted. Electronic and fax submissions will not be accepted.
A copy of this solicitation is available for download at: https://greenecountyny.gov/category/rfp/. Copies may also be examined and copies obtained at the Clerk of the Greene County Legislature, 411 Main Street, Suite 408, Catskill, New York, and online at (www.greenecountyny.gov). The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
Bids must be in a sealed envelope or box and show the Bidder’s name, address, and ‘Bid # 2026-S1132 – HVAC Products, Installation, Labor Based Solutions, and Related Products and Services’ on the cover. Your bid must be manually signed and dated and include all requested information.
