Addendum 01 Issue Date: August 20, 2026
Purpose: The purpose of the addendum is to make changes, additions, deletions, revisions, and clarifications to the first submission documents dated August 7, 2026, for the above referenced project. Details of this addendum are to be incorporated into the first submission. All other terms and provisions of initial project submission shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes:
1. Sealed bids for the furnishing, installation and delivery of kitchen equipment for the Cairo Senior Center Project will be received by James Hannahs, Director of Economic Development, Tourism and Planning, at the Greene County Economic Development, Tourism and Planning Office, 411 Main Street, Suite 419, Catskill, NY 12414, until 3:00 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in Room 427.

Notice is hereby given that Greene County Economic Development, Tourism and Planning, pursuant to Section 103 of the New York State General Municipal Law, will receive sealed bids for the following:

Cairo Senior Center Project
Bid specifications and related documents may be obtained from the Greene County Economic Development, Tourism and Planning Office, located at 411 Main Street, Suite 419, Catskill, NY 12414, or by contacting the office via email at vkeyser@greenecountyny.gov.
