Sealed bids for supplying refuse removal from several Greene County Government facilities for the period of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, shall be received by the Greene County Legislature until 1:30 p.m., on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
All bids must be contained in sealed envelopes clearly marked “BID – REFUSE REMOVAL” and addressed to:

Bids shall be submitted on the official bid forms accompanied by the Certificate of Non-Collusion, Bidders and Vendors Acknowledgement, Title VI and, if required, an Authorization to Bid. Bid forms are available by emailing a request to werrol@greenecountyny.gov or at the office of the Clerk at the above address.
Greene County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
