What is the Supportive Youth and Family Pre-PINS program?

The primary objective of the Youth Bureau Pre-PINS Supportive Youth Program is a voluntary point of entry program to support services for youth and their families when incorrigible behaviors and/or school avoidance/truancy may lead to further involvement in Family Court, Juvenile Justice System, or Probation.

The Youth Bureau Pre-PINS Supportive Youth Program is designed to support and mentor youth and their families in the county. The program does not provide crisis management, crisis intervention, transportation, or behavioral health therapy, but aims to advocate for and link youth and families with an array of services.
