  • Coxsackie Transfer Station: is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Hunter Transfer Station is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Windham Transfer Station is open Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Justice Center

Construction is well underway for the new Greene County Justice Center located directly behind the historic courthouse on Bridge Street in Catskill. Pictured here is a platform lift that allows masons to move cinder blocks up the side of the building as each level is put into place.

As part of the Exit 21 East development project, the former Stewart’s Shop building is being transformed into the new Greene County Tourism Visitor Welcome Center, providing a significantly larger parking lot and an adjacent pavilion with a view of the Great Northern Catskills of Greene County
