ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary for the site clearing at
the Greene County Community Services Project will be received by Tanya Ernst, Acting Clerk
to the Greene County Legislature 411 Main Street, Suite 408, Catskill, NY 12414 until 2:00
P.M. local time on February 11, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and
read aloud.
Bids will be received for the following Contracts:
Base Bids:
This project consists of all work necessary to make the future building site ready
for construction of the above referenced building. Work consists of complete
clearing, grubbing and leveling of the site back to exiting original grades. All
stumps etc to be removed from the site and legally disposed of.
The work of this project will be let in one (1) prime contract listed below.
Contract No.1: Site Clearing
Contract Documents may be obtained by accessing the greenecountyny.gov website
search for bids. This project is H-140. There is no cost to download the bid package.
Please note greenecountyny.gov is the designated location and means for distributing
and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of
all necessary information, including notices of bid addenda.
