GREENE COUNTY
AMENDED NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary for the site clearing at the Greene County Community Services Project will be received by the Greene County Legislature until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at which time and place, they will be publicly opened and read.
All bids shall be contained in sealed envelopes, distinctly marked “Community Services Site Clearing” and addressed to:

Base Bids:
This project consists of all work necessary to make the future building site ready for construction of the above-referenced building. Work consists of complete clearing, grubbing, and leveling of the site back to existing original grades. All stumps, etc. are to be removed from the site and legally disposed of. The work of this project will be let in one (1) prime contract listed below.
Contract No. 1: Site Clearing
Contract documents may be obtained by accessing the greenecountyny.gov website. Search for bids. This project is H-140. There is no cost to download the bid package.
Please note greenecountyny.gov is the designated location and means for distributing
and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of
all necessary information, including notices of bid addenda.
Bids shall be submitted on the official bid form available at the County website at greenecountyny.gov or from the Office of the Clerk of the Greene County Legislature at the above address accompanied by the Certificate of Non-Collusion, Bidders and Venders Acknowledgement, Greene County Title VI-Notice to Public, Detailed Specifications and Bid Page – Pricing Schedule, Iran Divestment Act, and, if required, Authorization to Bid.
Greene County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
